During the high season, we bring the TRY community together for a unique event that unites sport, impact and experience. On Sunday 8 June, we invite you to an unforgettable afternoon and evening by the sea in honour of the Belgian kick-off of our festival. Together, we will release 30 limited-edition Cwater kites - each kite symbolising 6,000 litres of purified water.
🎯 For the kiters
All participating kiters are experienced and will be individually briefed. Here is the programme especially for you:
- 15:00 - Arrive & sign in at the bar
- 15:15 - Briefing & distribution of TRY T-shirts
- 15:30 - Heading to the beach: inflating kites & preparing them
- Photo shoots
📸 Press event
To 17:00 we foresee a strong media moment - then the kites will be in full action. Images of this will appear in KH Magazine, so it will be a moment not to be missed!
🍸 Drinks & Bar
From 18:00 opens the Strange Donkey Gin Bar. Come and taste this amazing gin
🍗🐟 Surf & Turf BBQ night
18:00 - 20:00 With a setting sun, a laid-back surf vibe and good company, this will be a BBQ experience you don't want to miss. (registration required)
🎶 DJ & Music 21:00 - 00:00 - DJ Rafi Khan provides the atmosphere with a solid set.
🌌 Liquid Sky Moment
Round 23:00 - our iconic Liquid Sky - a visual spectacle, known from The House of TRY and the Focus Festival in Madagascar.
