New this summer are the Hyrox sessions on Saturday mornings. Hyrox is the new outdoor fitness hype and combines running elements with strength exercises, endurance with functional fitness exercises. Equally suitable for a wide audience, from recreational athletes to professional athletes. Hyrox aims to inspire participants to become physically active and explore their own limits. This in a motivating environment where everyone works together to give their best. Definitely worth a try, especially under the guidance of Endgame's specialists.
