This week, the European Cable Wakeboarding Championships took place in Poland.

10 Belgian participants were present under the guidance of national Coach Arno Dhondt.

There were 22 nationalities across 179 participants in different age categories.

Five compatriots made it to the finals but three members of the Lakeside Pro Team shot the main ball and were allowed on the podium.

Vic Droogmans became vice European Champion in the U14 boys while Glenn Vandenberghe (masters) and Nanou Lenaers (U18 ladies) both became European Champions !

Truly another top performance from everyone, we are already looking forward to the World Championships, while on 3 and 4 October the Belgian Championships will be contested on Lakeside Paradise !
