Fin de saison 2025

The 38th season of Surfers Paradise is coming to an end.
At this very moment, we are bringing our beach into winter readiness and getting everything ready to continue welcoming everyone during all winter weekends and holidays such as the Flemish autumn, Christmas and crocus holidays. From the Easter holidays onwards, we will then be open & ready every day again!
Season 2025 was truly one to write home about. Not only did we receive very little precipitation, temperatures were mostly summery to say the least, but as far as winds were concerned, we broke all records. And this from the beginning of April until the end of August. September may have been a little less, but on the 183 days we were open, we recorded no less than 96! Days with winds above 15 knots. In other words, 1 out of 2 days we were able to windsurf, kitesurf, wingfoil... just to name a few of our water sports. Because sometimes the wind created not insignificant waves which then put smiles on the faces of all surfers!

Our events were also a hit: like every year, we kicked off with the beach clean up, followed by the Easter dive, Easter grub with brunch, 50 years of windsurfing, ladies day, grommet day, king of the beach and our unforgettable birthday party! Many members also enjoyed our Sunday surf & turf BBQs.
With the installation of 2 beach paddle courts and the foildrive test day, we also fired off 2 firsts! Ideal for the no wind days, as also our flash school with the unique e-foils.

Wim & Yenno Tellier's Cwater project in which we sent 30 identical kites into the air provided a unique spectacle, which will soon have its sequel in Madagascar in November.

And finally, those who were present on Sunday morning saw our "rats" & "chicks" at work, our surfing future. They will soon have to follow up in the waves and therefore train weekly under expert guidance to become as passionate as all of us!

Take to that the dozens of just cosy days and evenings, BBQs, after sport conviviality, the chats on the terrace and in the lounge... the unforgettable sunsets and you realise that winter can't go by fast enough, on to our 39th year, count on that we are already working on that to make it as pleasant as possible for you again!
