200 children receive St Nicholas at Surfers Paradise!

The good Saint had to make sure his mitre did not blow off while on his horse, but what an impressive entry this was!
In sun-drenched Surfers Paradise, in spring-like temperatures, St Nicholas arrived along with Pete on the white horse.

Some 200 children, accompanied by their parents, had seen him coming from afar. They had brought drawings, collected shells, and pictures of the toys they had requested. St Nicholas was happy to receive the dummy from some brave children.

After the warm welcome at the beach, it was time to head to the Clubhouse, where the children socialised for a few fun songs, a reading moment and a photo opportunity. Finally, the children returned home with a bag of goodies, still reflecting on this fantastic day that was an unforgettable experience for everyone.

Next event

The next appointment at Surfers Paradise for all children: As part of the Scandinavian winter in Knokke-Heist, Hagar the Terrible tells an exciting Viking story on Sunday 14 December at 4pm.
