Les samedi 8 et dimanche 9 ao\u00fbt, SOWL organise, au Surfers Paradise \u00e0 Knokke, un <strong>Un rituel matinal intime avec des exercices de respiration guid\u00e9s au casque et une exp\u00e9rience guid\u00e9e de bain glac\u00e9 au bord de la mer.<\/strong><\/p><p>SOWL signifie<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><em>des voyages enrichissants<\/em>: des exp\u00e9riences soigneusement con\u00e7ues qui invitent les gens \u00e0 ralentir, \u00e0 ressentir plus profond\u00e9ment et \u00e0 renouer avec l'instant pr\u00e9sent.
