De nombreux triathl\u00e8tes et coureurs professionnels se plongent dans leur bain de glace imm\u00e9diatement apr\u00e8s leur arriv\u00e9e.<\/p><p>Il est important de savoir qu'il ne s'agit pas d'une comp\u00e9tition mais que chacun a la possibilit\u00e9 de tester ses propres limites. Le fait qu'il s'agisse d'un \u00e9v\u00e9nement de groupe en fait une exp\u00e9rience tr\u00e8s sp\u00e9ciale au cours de laquelle chacun apprend \u00e0 se d\u00e9couvrir.
