annuelle des femmes \u00e0 Surfers Paradise a d\u00e9but\u00e9 dimanche \u00e0 10 heures du matin.<br \/><br \/>Tout d'abord, une heure de yoga sur la plage avec Julie dans des conditions id\u00e9ales : pas de vent et un soleil matinal encore supportable. Ensuite, un entra\u00eenement sur la plage dirig\u00e9 par Stef Daese personal trainer et une initiation au Stand Up Paddleboard avec les instructeurs de Surfers Paradise. Id\u00e9ales aussi parce que l'entra\u00eenement s'est d\u00e9roul\u00e9 au bord d'une mer lisse comme un miroir o\u00f9 la temp\u00e9rature \u00e9tait tout \u00e0 fait agr\u00e9able, tandis que l'eau de la plage atteignait facilement les 20 degr\u00e9s Celsius.<br \/><br \/>Quant au d\u00eener, les dames ont pu, pour la premi\u00e8re fois, aller admirer de pr\u00e8s la sculpture \"Tomorrow Man\" d'Anthony Gormly \u00e0 la t\u00eate du brise-lames adjacent, qui est parfaitement visible \u00e0 mar\u00e9e basse mais dispara\u00eet sous la surface \u00e0 mar\u00e9e haute.<br \/><br \/>Il \u00e9tait ensuite temps de prendre un d\u00e9jeuner sain et l\u00e9ger, car le programme de l'apr\u00e8s-midi comprenait quatre autres sessions en rotation : initiation au surf skating sur la promenade, excursion vers Tomorrow Man, Beach Boot Camp par le coach de Lividium Joachim Callebaut sur le front de mer, et l'entra\u00eenement tr\u00e8s appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 de Poledance avec Marina de Cosmos Pole station, au cours duquel de nombreuses dames ont pu exp\u00e9rimenter de premi\u00e8re main que ce sport peut aussi \u00eatre un vrai sport tr\u00e8s dur.<br \/><br \/>Le march\u00e9 des femmes, unique en son genre, avec 24 stands d'entrepreneurs belges exclusivement f\u00e9minins, a \u00e9galement connu un grand succ\u00e8s.<br \/><br \/>Pour conclure, tout le monde a d\u00e9gust\u00e9 un savoureux cocktail et est rentr\u00e9 chez lui avec un sac \u00e0 surprises bien rempli. <br \/><br \/>Cette journ\u00e9e des dames \u00e9tait plac\u00e9e sous la banni\u00e8re #girlscan, une initiative de Wind and Water Sports Flanders.<br \/>La journ\u00e9e des femmes a \u00e9t\u00e9 rendue possible gr\u00e2ce au soutien de Yugen Kombucha, Sqwz, Bacardi et
