Then, first and foremost, it is important to know that everyone has to grit their teeth in the beginning to \"flounder\" through the learning process<\/p>

Everything you ever learnt in the past (windsurfing, kitesurfing, wakeboarding, surfing...) is an advantage, but just getting on a foilboard and sailing away is not given to anyone.<\/p>

The fastest results are achieved by water sports enthusiasts who already have foil experience: windfoil, kitefoil, efoil... this already helps you a lot but through the beginner phase everyone has to.<\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

After testing it out, we have a method where everyone gets wingfoiling the fastest. It is a combination of learning to foil and learning to \"wing\" The former we do at Lakeside on the 2.0 beginners' course where you foil back and forth in no time.<\/p>

Another option is at the ski pole next to our boat at sea. If you try efoiling on top of that, your first foil experience is guaranteed. The waving itself will be mastered in hard water on a speedsail.<\/p>

If you then combine both, you are already a long way closer to your first wingfoil metres, and it's a matter of practising when the right conditions arise.<\/p>
