This summer season introduces Surfers Paradise<\/strong> a brand new challenge: Hyrox<\/strong>! \ud83d\udca5 A sport that combines functional fitness with competition, endurance and a race against the clock. Whether you are a seasoned athlete or just want to push your limits, Hyrox is the new trend you must try.\u00a0<\/p>

What exactly is Hyrox?<\/h3>

Hyrox is no ordinary workout. It is an intense race in which you complete various functional exercises against time - and against others! Think a mix of:
\ud83d\udd39 Sled pushes & pulls<\/strong>
\ud83d\udd39 Rowing & burpees<\/strong>
\ud83d\udd39 Farmers carry, wall balls & lunges<\/strong>
\ud83d\udd39 Sandbag carries<\/strong><\/p>

Each exercise is designed to test your strength, endurance AND mental focus. Hyrox puts less emphasis on heavy technical lifts (as in CrossFit), and is more focused on endurance performance. It is the ultimate challenge to take yourself to the next level both physically and mentally!\u00a0<\/p>
